Fly Tying – Poppers

Posted by on February 23, 2011

Here are some poppers that I made using wine corks. They are about 5-6 inches long and should do well with largemouth, pike, and musky given the right conditions. The heads took me about 30 minutes to shape and paint and the tail/legs/collar only takes a couple minutes tie on. Then just add some epoxy and you got one fun fly to fish!
